Université Ibn Zohr — ENCG & ENSA Agadir

ENCG Agadir and ENSA Agadir are two of the most selective grandes écoles in southern Morocco, both part of Université Ibn Zohr. They are the primary technical & managerial talent pipeline for start-ups, scale-ups and corporates across Souss-Massa.

ENCG Agadir — National School of Commerce & Management

• 5-year diploma equivalent to Master.
• Tracks: Marketing, Finance, Audit-Contrôle, Gestion des PME, Logistique & Supply Chain, Commerce International.
• Mandatory PFE (final-year project) & multi-month corporate internships — useful for SME co-creation.
• Active Junior Entreprise & entrepreneurship clubs.

ENSA Agadir — National School of Applied Sciences

• 5-year engineering diploma.
• Tracks: Génie Industriel, Génie Informatique, Génie des Systèmes Électroniques, Génie de l’Eau, Génie Civil, Génie des Procédés.
• Strong placement in agritech, automotive (Casablanca), aerospace and ICT.
• Final-year projects are increasingly oriented toward Souss-Massa industry.

Hiring from ENCG & ENSA

1. Post internships through the Service des Stages of each school.
2. Attend the annual Forum Entreprises (March in Agadir).
3. Sponsor a Junior Entreprise project.
4. Engage with PFE jurys.

Spin-out support

Both schools route entrepreneurial graduates to the UIZ StartUp Hub, Technopark Agadir and Bidaya cohorts.
