Maroc PME (ex-ANPME)

Maroc PME is Morocco’s public agency for small & medium enterprise development, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It runs the country’s most generous non-dilutive grant programmes and is a critical lever for any Souss-Massa SME with industrial, export or innovative ambitions.

Eligibility

How to apply

  1. Identify the right programme on marocpme.gov.ma.
  2. Build the file: business plan, 3-year financials, devis, CVs, RC extract, ICE.
  3. Submit via the Maroc PME extranet.
  4. Review by Maroc PME team (~ 4–8 weeks).
  5. Pre-validation, due diligence, technical-committee approval.
  6. Convention signed, first tranche disbursed.

Souss-Massa presence

Maroc PME has a regional desk in Agadir, often hosted by the CCIS Souss-Massa premises. Joint events with Tamwilcom, AMDIE and the CRI Souss-Massa happen quarterly.
