Maroc PME is Morocco’s public agency for small & medium enterprise development, under the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It runs the country’s most generous non-dilutive grant programmes and is a critical lever for any Souss-Massa SME with industrial, export or innovative ambitions.

Eligibility
- Moroccan-registered company.
- Compliant with CNSS, DGI, OMPIC.
- Annual turnover < MAD 200M.
- Project structured around innovation, growth or industrial integration.
How to apply
- Identify the right programme on marocpme.gov.ma.
- Build the file: business plan, 3-year financials, devis, CVs, RC extract, ICE.
- Submit via the Maroc PME extranet.
- Review by Maroc PME team (~ 4–8 weeks).
- Pre-validation, due diligence, technical-committee approval.
- Convention signed, first tranche disbursed.
Souss-Massa presence
Maroc PME has a regional desk in Agadir, often hosted by the CCIS Souss-Massa premises. Joint events with Tamwilcom, AMDIE and the CRI Souss-Massa happen quarterly.
